Can't cancel service ripoff

I signed onto the companies services through Priceline.com in 2000. I have tried repeatly to discontinue the use of their services (travel discounts and such for the regular traveller). Since I moved to London and dont travel regularly to the States I do not make use of their vouchers, not that I have ever received any vouchers.

I have phoned, emailed and gotten through to operators that assure me my bank account will not be charged. Yet every year I still get charged $59.99

Watch out for this company, and by association I have stopped using Priceline.com.
