Not coming back - motel stay

Our company statyed at budget host in dale indiana for a few days. The rooms at this budget host were extremely dirty. When it rained, our room had its own indoor waterfall!!! The owner did not want to give us another room or refund our money! The room was very dirty and stains were everywhere. The owners seem to be in financial trouble (not wanting to do any repairs or any cleaning) i would not reccommend this motel to anyone going on a vacation, especially with kids!
