Need to be reimbursed

We booked a short trip to islands with this agency. One of the hotels, Irinis Villa @ Imerovigli-Santorini, which we had a voucher for did not accomodate us upon our arrival and switched us to another one, Nefli Hotel, which was of a very lower quality. They refused to hear us or help us in any way. We had to look around and check into another hotel. Requested to be reimbursed for the night we did not stay. The Travel Agency so far has refused to do so.
