I booked an accommodation package in Hong Kong through Travelsmoove some time ago. An hour and a half after arrival at Hong Kong Airport late at night with my two kids, there was no sign of the car I had booked to collect us through the hotel. Upon contact with the hotel, I was told my travel agent had cancelled my car.
Upon our final arrival at the hotel, I was told my travel agent had cancelled my entire booking. I was able to stay here one night and a grossly inflated price, but had to vacate the room by 10am the next day. I stayed up most of the night in order to secure a booking at another hotel (at top dollar due to lat minute)
My voucher stated my accommodation included a trip to Disneyland, breakfasts, club access (free tea coffee, snacks, cocktails, turndown service, etc. Etc). I received an email some time later saying their system had changed and vouchers would be ready to download 14 days prior to departure. As I already had my printed voucher, I did not revisit the site.
I have since checked the Travelsmoove site and the voucher on my account is totally different to the original voucher, allowing for only a standard room and no extras.
I have been unable to contact Travelsmoove by phone or email.
