Refund promised and never received

I bought a sail from Gloria Holmgrin in 2006 along side 7 additional partners to get a sail out-of Charleston SC. Subsequently, she guaranteed since I have assisted her market a lot of, she'd provide me a reimbursement for my sail. Nevertheless up to now, that the sail was drawn in January I've had no reimbursement. The check was designed to arrived at me when the last individual has sailed from the team whenever we bought in July. Well, the final individual was my father. He transformed his brain about the crusise and that I assisted him market it in July. The brand new operator of the sail seats needed to WESTERN UNION THE CASH IMMEDIATELY!!! Bad? After which Gloria could obtain a reimbursement in the cruise line that my dad never reserved with to start with. Its method complex. Anyhow, more than 50 telephone calls later, and more than 25 emails unanswered, I still haven't obtained any reimbursement for my thoughtful efforts to assist her company out so that as for my father, speculate where he's, exactly the same vessel as me. No reimbursement with no telephone calls. Poor people woman who bought the crusie from him did not get any verification on her behalf crusie before Thursday or Thrusday before she sailed that Sunday. I wonder, nicely, I understand, the terrible period she'd looking to get ahold of Gloria for verification on her sail.
