Charge to much, charge for nights not there, charged for 1 day twice, dirty very dirty

Well checked in on 12-24=08 they took off my cridit card 60.66 state tax 3.03, room tax3.03, safe with limit warrant state tax room tax 1.50 anight. My nightly rate was to be 50.00 anight since i went to price line.com for deal... Checked out on 12-27-08 and they charged for room that night and i headed home at 9 am i checked out on 12-27-08.. So they over charged me 149.20 on my charge card... Plus they kept 10.. 00 for my dog... The whirl pool had black hair in it, pool was so cold like swimming in lake, pillows had black hair on them when bed was turn down, hair in washroom in tub and behind washroom door... So now im over charged and how can i get my money refund???
