The people aboard Royal Carribean could care less about customer support. Our questions and complaints fell on deaf ears. Upon my return, I was told that I should have been more insistant on board in asking for essentials!

After contacting the travel agent and the company, I finally found the president's e-mail. All the company can offer when things go wrong is a DISCOUNT on a future cruise. Are they CRAZY? I will NEVER cruise with this cruise line or their affiliates. They do not know the meaning of customer service and this comes from the top down...

There are plenty of other cruise lines out there. We actually paid to spend a week on board this ship to be ignored. The criuse line is all about pleasing it's employees, not the cutomers!
