Total phone harrassment - relentless calls morning noon and nights

This guy bill kimborough was rude and evasive once I finally filtered the initial call down to him. The calls appeared to be placed from a computerized call center which I accepted to find out why this company would not accept the prompt that I was not interested. "If interested - press 1", "If not interested - press 2". Each time I pressed 2 - the calls would automatically switch to another telemarketer. I finally got so pissed off, I accepted the phony prompts and reached Mr. Kimbrough.

Once speaking with Mr. Kimborough, I told him I was interested in selling my timeshare but I would like to verify his company and began to ask for web site address, street address, business or corporation license, and location.

His tone turned negative saying, "look Sue - this is how this is going to work". This was all I needed to hear and immediately ended the call to find out this company is no one you'd want to deal with.

This incident occured on 12/8/08. On 12/9/08 I found this web site and wanted others to be apprised. I will file a complaint with the Attorney General or Consumer Affairs with the State of Florida.
