Timeshare resale fraud

My partner and that I joined this 2-hour workshop with the expectation that people could be created an offer for the timeshare... A genuine money supply. I told the individual about the telephone that I'd NOT attend when they were likely to promote me anything. I had been assurred that people wouldn't be offered something. My partner got time-off of function, we went an hour or so, lay there for just two hours hearing an extremely educational slogan by Ken Labossiere, then your "present" we were created is the fact that we're able to spend HIM $3995 for HIM to consider our timeshare off our fingers. Today, to become reasonable for them... The card within the email stated, "they'd make us an offer"... And officially they did, simply not the offer we were anticipating, or inside the regular meaning of the expression, "I will cause you to an offer". However the techniques they employed, the deceit in obtaining us there, the full time we became popular function... We weren't pleased. Plus some of the claims they designed to scare people, ie. That the timeshare responsibility could be handed down for your kids, grandchildren, etc... Not the case per our legal authority. So... Again, buyer beware.
