Misrepresentation and slander

The corporation misrepresented themselves by marketing an offer to get my timeshare after which declining to do this. Within their marketing they stated they would make an offer for my timeshare easily joined among their displays. Prior to the presentation began i questioned mr. Rick ritchey, among the two speakers there ifthey might give me a look for my timeshare deed and he responded they might. After i inquired the another speaker when they would give me a look for my timeshare actions he stated he wouldn't. At that time i thanked him for his period (twice) and left the presentation with my spouse. I've registered a complaint using the better business bureau and the missouri state attorney general's office (criticism#cf-260002) concerning this matter of lure-and-change and misrepresentation by holiday projects llc. Holiday projects llc declare that they made no such present, as well as in their response to an investigation from the missouri state attorney general's office (criticism#cf-260002) ms. Debra c. Dunlap said that i confronted to ruin their business which i mentioned this is something which i love to complete. That is erroneous and slanderous and extremely unprofessional. Throughout their presentation the speaker mentioned that the timeshare owner's dependents and descendants will be liable in perpetuity for that maintenance fees also of they provide the timeshare back to the organization. A lawyer has refuted that state. I'd appreciate an answer concerning this issue. Thanks for the period.
