Essence Suite
Very Nasty, Dirty and Disrespectful Customer Service

I took my husband to this suite based on the beautiful pictures from the website. When we arrived in the room I was very disappointed but not enough to leave. There was a towel with dirt stains on it. The sauna had a foul odor and at 3 A.M. When we pulled the sheets back to go to sleep we saw a stain on the sheets. The sheet look it had been washed but the stain did not come out.

Not knowing that we could call down (plus being extra sleepy) we just covered the spot and slept on the other side of the bed.

In the morning I complained and was told by the front desk clerk that I would be compensated (after showing her the picture of the stain).

When I finally talked to the manager, Mr. Patel, he was VERY rude. He called me a liar and belittled me for not calling to have the sheets changed or be moved at 3 A.M. I told him that I did not want my entire payment back because we did choose to stay, that I just wanted the $25 membership fee back, he refused and yelled at me.

I do not want to be a member. The rooms are too expensive for the quality. I wouldn't recommend spending a dime at Essence Suites, a ridiculously overpriced motel.
