Poor customer service and failure to comply with US law

I called to book my son and his wife that is stationed at Camp Pendleton California a flight home and tried to explain to Melody about the bill that was passed regarding active duty military personell that are flying stating that all air carriers are to provide to the active military persons air fairs that are comparable to the lowest airfare for ticketed flights and offer flexible erms that allow members of the Armed Foreces on active duty to purchase, modigy or cancel ticketsz without time restrictions, fees and penalties. Both Melody and Jason the supervisor stated they could not do anything for me to get my son home before he deploys unless I spent the $609.00 for both my son and his wife even though they just offered round trip flights last week from LAX to DTW for 250.00 per person. I explained to them that they were willingly breaking the law, I guess it doesnt matter to them what our laws are here in the US as they are working for Spirit Airlines and live in India, they even stated there were no call centers or ticket agents to call here in the US, and we wonder why our economy is so bad, why should we use an airline that does not honor our laws? This airline should be held accountable for failing to abide by our laws!
