I received a memo through my boyfriend's place of employment which stated:

Re: Employee Holiday Vacation Reminder

This was a memo with information to book a vacation through their corporate rewards department. Dates to book were open and good for 1 year (All employees receive no blackout dates)

Package includes:

Upgraded Fine Dining Plan-all meals and drinks included 24 hrs a day (Includes room service. They asked!); Oceanfront Resort Upgrades; Tons of free activities and amentities to chose from; children stay and eat for free; Reservation price $399/pp.

After booking this travel I researched the company more closely once I received follow-up information. They were asking for $99/pp for taxes. Stated that ground transportation would range from $30-$60 and that airfare would approximately be $312 for round-trip.

I spoke with an Adam Walsh, whom claims he is part of the verification department. I received a confirmation number and was told to check out more details for any questions at as they were associated with Cancun Best Fares. I was planning specific dates of travel and I came across a rip off report on this sight stating that this is a fraud. I did have a credit card company who is looking into getting my money refunded but I can only hope I will be fortunate enough.

Do reserach before you plan any vacation and do not book the vacation for a non-refund amount if you feel pressured into deciding at that very moment while they have you on the phone. The Adam Walsh I spoke to claimed that the promotion was over but he put me on hold and said his mgr allowed to book at the promotion price.
