I purchased a vacation for $896. I was told resort and meals for four people were included in price. We could pick from three destinations and our travel dates were guaranteed as long as we booked 45 days in advance. When trying to actually book a vacation, it's difficult to get any one on the phone, only one destination is available when we want to travel and we would have to pay $299 more per person. Not what I signed up for. Have been unable to speak with a supervisor.
