Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Arrived to our vacation house that was without electricity. When we tried to contact their emergency line, they said they could not help me and hung up. We slept in our car. The next morning when I tried to get another house, the personnel refused and stated that I could have used the beds. After convincing them to change our home, the new house had only 1 working shower for 5 women. The company simply did not want to hear about my complaints. They were rude and insensitive to what we were going through during our vacation. Just bad customer service. Do not use this company, unless you have a backup plan.
