After attempting to book our family disneyworld vacation at the last minute, i was unable to select a dining plan so i called customer service. They were very helpful when booking my $4300.00 vacation and was told by two different reps that i would have to book that with the hotel directly. The hotel informed me that the meal plan was only available to those that did not book with a third party. When i attemted to contact expedia again i was 'hung up on'/disconnected even before i could verbalize my complaint. Customer service is in India-beware! I am also having major issues with registering for the disney free shuttle service. Expedia says i need to deal with the resort directly and the resort states that it is expedias responibility. I will NEVER deal with this company again sinc they are now completley unwilling to make ammends! If you are planning a Disney vacation - book it through Disney directly.
