We reserved a cabin with this company for the weekend. To our dismay we were promised that someone would take us to our cabin to make sure every thing worked. When we checked in they were too busy to help us, When we arrived there we noticed the kitchen lites didnt work thw jacquzzi didnt work or the hot tub was way too hot it didnt work either.

I called them and they said that it would be the next day before the maintanance would arrive, well the next day he came and got the light fixed and said didnt know how to fix the hot tub. I called the mgr and asked him to make some adjustment on either our time their or give us a refund because nothing worked, he said tough luck you are just having a bad weekend and he would fix it later.
Well the repairman came around 4 pm and finally fixed the hot tub. I still didnt get to use it our weekend time had expired you woul thin that after spending 365 for a weekend stay you would get to use somethig that worked. There are no refunds with this company.
Also id like to add they charge a 40 dollar cleaning fee and guess what you have to clean the cabin they dont tell you about this until after you arrive and read all the hidden rules they leave laying around.

This is a complete ripoff I wont use them again they have too many inconveiniences and hidden rules they dont want you to know about until you have rented the cabin (talk about disclosure it dont exist with them)

There shouldn't be any such thing as a bad weekend especially if every thing is broken down and they refuse to fix it watch this one they wont refund any thing back. You rent it its your s for the weekend working or not
