Highland Mall Charged my credit card twice then denyed that. I went there myself to find that had NO record of my stay

Again, watch you credit card. I was lucky I checked my statement. My card was charged twice. On top of that they assumed I stayed there two nights!
I got a deal online and called to make the reservation by phone, the front desk denied the price and said it was "NOT TRUE" they would have an offer online for $59.99 (simply accused me of being a liar). I had to make the reservation through that site. When I went there, the staff didn't like the fact I had an online deal.
I called and the guy was obviously shocked cz I found out. He started denying that and saying their system showed I stayed there for only one night. He claimed what they charged me was the correct amount.
A couple of days later, I went there myself to find out they have absolutely no record of my stay. They could locate nothing using full name, phone nr., or reservation nr.
Somebody must have deleted my name from their system.
Those guys will cheat and lie on you after accusing you of being a liar simply cz you got a deal they are offering online
