I bought five tickets to las vegas, and used my credit card for the purchases and one person canceled on me, so i pay $50.00 to cancel the ticket. But the remainder of the of the refunded ticket is in this persons name that the ticket was for. Not the person that paid for the ticket on the credit card. It would be a lot simpler if they would just credit the card. Then to send you stuff to fill out and send back, then you never hear nothing about it after the fact. Try to call these people is something else to just talk to someone is next to impossible so if your going to buy tickets for a bunch of people. This isn't the place to do it. The sun wasn't shining when they thought of that refund idea. Thank you the refund bandit.
