Credit card robbery was cold blooded

I was renting a motel room, and i gave the clerk my credit card. The clerk swiped my card, and told me it was decline. So the clerk swiped my card a second time, and showed me the card reader that said decline.

The clerk didn't show me that it was approved the first time he swiped my card. I went home, and check my balance at chasechevy online banking.

I saw that it was a $75.00 withdrawal from my account, so i call the police. The police meet me there, and he told me i had to file a civil suit against the deluxe inn motel. I will be filing that tomorrow.
