My husband and I recently purchased a home theater surround system and a electric keyboard, bench and stand. This was the first time and the last time we will ever buy from this company. When we were making the purchase the clerk rang me up. I swiped my bank card and signed. Then the sales clerk rang the sale up again and asked me to swipe my card and sign again. He said he had to "fix something" on the transaction. I asked him if this will be charging my card twice? He said "no"."I voided the other transaction". Much to my surprise it not only charged my card twice, it overdrew my bank account. When I realized what had happened, I contacted the store. They were rude and said they were not going to do nothing about it and that the other transaction will "fall off" and my bank will not pay the other charge. I was told by hhGregg it will take 3-4 business days. So for the next 3-4 business days My bank account is overdrawn, I cannot use my money while I wait for this transaction to fall off and the store will do nothing. I did not even get an apology from them.
