We purchased a membership for 4500.00 dollars and have received nothing for it. We have tried to book trips, cruises, and packages and was unable to do so. They reeeled us in with super prices. We purchased 4 weeks and have not got to use one of them. They gave us a free weeks vacation. We haven't received that either. We have e-mailed and called numurous times to no avail. They informed us they were not responsible for what their salesman said or any promises made by him. He is employed by them. He represents their company. So they are responsible as far as we are concerned. They lied to us and we feel we are due a refund.
