We were misled into believing that we were receiving five weeks vacation time per year for the first 3 years and two weeks vacation time yearly after that. Upon attempting to book two of our weeks of vacation, we discovered that we are only entitled to 1 week, every odd year. We purchased this while on vacation in LAS VEGAS and were scammed. Westgate knowingly made many misrepresentation to us that we relied upon. We were outright lied to and they failed to state material facts about the number of weeks we were entitled to.
