We have been trying to get a reservation with fairfield for over 2 1/2 yrs now and with no success. We have been with them for over 5yrs now not by choice by the way. We hit some bad times the last 1 1/2 yrs and are now trying to get back on our feet. But during the times we were up to date we have been lied to many times of how we couldnt reserve a place due to its full or not available. Over the last 4yrs now we have lost 420,000 points and still had to pay our maintenance fees for no usage what so ever. Also during the beggining we paid off our deed but since we are behind we are now in forclosure until we pay our past due maintenance fees which we have yet to still use our points for. THIS SUCKS!!!
