Double and Triple Charges, Overcharges

We booked a room at this hotel and received a confirmation # it was 213.69 for 2 nights. When we arrived at the hotel they had us charged with 2 rooms and double charged the amount we were quoted. The staff did not speak good english and would not even look at the confirmation telling us the rates had gone up in December. We made reservation in March. We notified the police and filed a report, the manager came in and said he was sorry and credited out credit card. I got home and our credit card bill showed we were charged for 4 rooms and credited 1 time. They still owe us 2 credits over 400.00. After numerous phone calls they keep telling me we booked 3 rooms, at first it was 2 rooms and the confirmation number they gave us over the phone, when we booked the room they now say is not a good confirmation number. The night we checked in everyone was having problems with the rates and being quoted 3 different prices in 15 minutes. The rooms stunk and were not clean. When I got home and read the reviews it seems alot of people are being double charged and the management is not cooperating, as far as I'm concerned these people are ripping people off and double and triple charging on the credit cards. I would highly recommend anyone who chooses to stay in this motel check your credit card bill immediately.
