Has not refunded my money after I returned everything they requested

When I received the initial information it was not as described in the telephone conversation. I immediately called Cheap Trips and the person I talked to told me to return all of the information and I would get my refund.

My credit card was charged 113.95 on 12/12a.

I have had no contact since.
