Will not return money as promised

Became a member of Cheap Trips with a promise you could return the membership information and number and they would return your money. I have called 4 or 5 times, since August they keep promising it will be returned in 10 to 14 days. Well it don't happen. I have the proof it was taken from my bank account. What a rip-off. These people need to be stopped from this. Thanks for listening. Oh you call for a supervisor, and it rings and rings without a voicemail???
