Poor Quality Hotels, Awful customer Service, Bait and Switch! Cancun

Purchased in 2005 this "membership" has been nothing but a headache. Just like the other posts on this site, we purchased this package on vacation (our first mistake). We paid for the membership in full (minus the yearly dues).

In January we tried our first "vacation" through our new Premier Holiday plan. Our first reservation was scheduled incorrectly (due mainly from the lack of English that is spoken by the representatives). Upon canceling that reservation and paying a fee to reschedule, we finally booked a hotel through Premier, which turned out to be an even worse issue then all that preceded it.

Once we arrived at the hotel, we learned that the hotel we stayed at was not 4 star but a 1 star hotel as listed by priceline.com. Also our contract stated that Breakfast was included, upon arrival, we learned that that was not the case.

Many of the hotels that were presented to us at the time of the contract signing are no longer available and the ones that are, are not rated by most other sites as 4 star accomodations.

We then tried several times to speak to someone with Premier Holiday to no avail. Finally we began emailmailing them only to receive the same standard response ever single time, no cancellations.

At this point we didn't even want our money back, we just wanted out of the contract so that we didn't have to pay the yearly dues. Still all we received was the exact same email response.

This company is hard to get in touch with and very frustrating to deal with. The representatives do not understand English very well and have no customer service skills at all.

All of the posts on this site state that same complaints...

Please do not use this company and if you work in the travel industry, please do not partner with this company.
