Green Orange Villas
Offered a great experience and promises of items and received the opposite, and double booked villa

I have set up reservations with Green Orange Villa in November for the 25th of Decemeber received the address to the villa 3 days before I left and then the last minute a Villa Change to another one, Went to the Villa (changed one) this is what I have aquired, No heated pool on the 1st day, one side of the stove not working, no jacuzzi like promised, stains on the carpet, broken door handles, outlet covers missing, toilet overflowed, and the best for last DOUBLE BOOKED PLACE, THEY HAVE LEFT A NOTE AND TO MY SUPRISE I WENT INTO MY VILLA AND THE LIGHTS WERE OFF AND THE AIR CONDITION TEMP WAST TURNED UP, THEY WENT INTO MY VILLA WHILE I RENTED IT.

At 12:00 am people from south america came and were yelling at me for being there at the villa we were staying and green orange villa never called them but i was there man to do there (crap) work. I drove 10 min out of my way for them and the number the company gave didnt work to discuss this infomation. And my car got dented in the mean time from the double booked people. I have called and called and called and emailed nothing, a week ago and nothing now.
