Quick Summary...
Our family booked a Villa through this company, over $1000 paid up front (big mistake)... No problems with communitaciton while money requests and questions being answered and the promise of our address, directions being sent 10 days before our arrival...
No directions sent... Numerous emails, phone calls in the days leading up unreturned... Our family was driving from Canada.
On the last day, Roger Colby called to say he did not know what the mix up was but was willing to give us our money back if we got another place...
He gave my brother and sister in law directions to a villa... We checked with the management company and it was already booked by someone else...
... We agreed to the refund... He wrote us a cheque and it was NSF and now we are out the cash... Check the tripadvisor website for Roger Colby or Green Orange Villas. He has done this to too many people... Not returning deposits, not giving information, sending people to already occupied villas... This is an extremely short version... Check the better buisness bureau complaints as well... I can't understand how he hasn't been charged with fraud...
