This company provided an address and contact numbers for a villa in Tuscany. I was to arrive at this villa on a Sunday night so the main office of the company was closed. The contact numbers provided by the company were numbers that were non existant and the address that was given to me was impossible to find even after asking neighbors in the area.

As the hour was getting late, I elected to make other arrangements for the next 4-5 days in Italy. On the following day, I called the office and was told that I should have been able to contact someone and I should now go back to the villa in question.

When I indicated that I was now committed to another place for lodging that was some distance away, I was basically told that I would forfeit all my money because they were now offering me the villa.
