Cannot book everywhere. Resale value to low, cannot sell. Lied on maintenance fees & taxes

We have decided that Bluegreen is not for us because the rule have changed and we cannot use our points where we were told.

We are charged more for maintenance and taxes than originally agreed on, we were told at time of purchase the these fees would not increase.

We need to sell this property and the resale value is near nothing because of the new rules imposed on use of said properties.
