We rented a stretch limo for my husbands 50th. We were coming from another state. The limo was to be a surprise and I paid for a meet and greet at luggage as well as 4 12 packs of beer.
The driver was over 20 minutes late and I was never notified.
The driver never supplied ice or even plastic cups
The driver stole 1 12 pakc of our beer
The company refused to refund my money
The partition and radio were broke
The limo had not been vacuumed in what looked like a week
WORD TO THE WISE DO NOT USE THESE FOREIGN SCAM ARTISTS.
Also they have more than once complaint with the BBB of Chicago.
