Savannah vacation gone wrong locked out

My daughter an I rented a vacation Condo in Savannah GA. For a week in Aug. It was rented from Sharon Hansen (Hansen Investments) Call Liberty cottage. We flew in from Michigan to Savannah to find out we were lock out of the building.

We called the owner twice who did not anwers at first, so we called the service man who said he would be right over to help. The owner called back and told us she would be cancelling him, she was not paying a service call we had been in the heat for an hour 100 degree temp, and getting hotter.

The access code she gave me is not working, this cipher lock was not unlocking. I told her I was done trying when can you get here she said not for a day. Sharon does not live in the area.

I said that is unexceptable we paid 800.00 and we are leaving I want my money back you broke the contract. We could not get in to the place we rented. Now she will not give me back my money. She refused us help and expected us to wait till it was convenient for her.
