Sally hansen poor top coat - no chip acrylic top coat

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Sally Hansen's No Chip Acrylic Top Coat. Paying nearly ten dollars for a top coat I would expect a product superior to it's 99 cent competitor; however this top coat does nothing to protect my nail polish and if anything chips faster than other less expensive products. I am very disappointed by this product and expected something sold by Sally Hansen to have greater integrity than this.
