Buyers beware all sales are final. No exceptions. Travel insurance useless.internet

People thinking of using hotwire should be aware that all bookings are final. This is their policy. Even if you purchase the travel insurance for $8 this will only cover a death in the family or hospitalization, as I was told by customer service from hotwire.com.

The rates are cheaper but chances are you are going to get substandard rooms etc. If you booked with the hotel direct you can request another room but this is not the case with hotwire. Read the fine print!

I booked a hotel room and need to change the date. This was in the low season and the hotel was not that busy. Hotwire's response. "Sorry all sales are final"

Becareful if you are considering using Hotwire. All sales are final no exceptions!
