Trilegiant Travel Advantage Ripoff $119.99 from me

On 8/09, I receive a bill from Household Bank Credit Card after not using it for a very long time. On the bill I had one charge from TLG Travel ADV of $119.99. I called Mastercard to dispute the charge because I had never heard of this company before and haven't use the card in a very long time. Representative picked up the phone and I can barely understand what he is saying. After about an hour on the phone they assured me the charge was getting disputed and then I had to put up with another 15 minutes of advertisement. Three weeks later, I called back and the charge was still on there. I talk to another representative from India (???). They say I should pay the bill because I might get charge late fees. So I made a minimum payment for it and the charge is still on there today. MasterCard is obviously working with this company to ripoff their customer. As far as I can tell I'm not the only person getting scam. I've already file for a class action lawsuit but have not receive a response.
