I found a $35.99 charge on my bank statement for this co. I called the number several times no one will ever answer. I would like a full refund

I was charged $35.99 for some service that I have no idea what it is. I did not receive anything in the mail. I found the charge on my bank statement. I have a phone number but when I call no one answers. I demand a full refund. I have no website address.
