Employee Tonya motel rooms and staff Ripoff

On july 30 were to spend 3 days at this this motel. We had gotten there around 10 am and was told to come back at 11 am or after.in the mean time we had gotten a call that a cousin had been found dead and to come to indiana so we went back to the motel and ask to cancell the room. The lady (tonya) at the desk said we would lose our depoist which they had already taken from my account on july 23 for 111.18. We ask for manger but was told we caouldnt talked to one so we had to say. Went to the room and smelled of smoke went to front desk tonya was on phone talking about her tires and going away for the weekend. Told her the room smelled of smoke she said you were ot tell us yo wanting a no smokeing room (never was ask) so she gave us another room. We ask for one at that time with no kitchen to lower price and she said you will still lose the differnts on your despois. T well we got to room nasty when you got in the bed that night you stared itchen from soming biteing you. Pool had yellow water seen roaches in room never did find the indoor pool and the 2indoor whirlpools, ask but never got a answer. We found this in the chamber of commerce book we got from myrtle beach all was took by tonya when we told there advertsment in the chamber of commerce was nothing like the place diffenert picture and false info. She said she new nothing about no book and what on there web page was right will like looked it up will it should room that looked nothing like the nasty room you didn't even what to set in chair cause the arms on it were black from dirt.

Called the manger after getting home was told just bull crap about this matter. Said she would talked to tonya about her rudeness but the law they can keep your money if not happy etc and when you hold a room with you credit card they take your money that day. I ask what if i had wanted to pay cash when i got there was told we do this so we get our money if you stay or not (BY manger). Was also told by her this is the law in south carliona. Dont stay here or there sister motel polynesian. Dur to the rudness of tonya and the manger of both places and the nastyness of ocean plaza
