Unwanted savings club and insurance charges added at checkout

I purchased one roundtrip ticket from Spirit Air. Before I clicked confirm, I saw where they tried to hustle me with a program called "$9 savings club" and "air insurance". I did not click on either. Upon confirming my order and receiving my email confirmation, I noticed that I was being charged $9 per month for this stupid savings club and the $12 Insurance, for which I never ask for. I was told by a rude representative that there is no refund and I should have read before I submitted the payment. This is what I get for flying this cheap carrier. Buyer beware!!!
