Charged $39.95 for Club Promotion After Canceling Membership

About a year ago I enrolled in the introductory $9.00 promotion that Spirit Airlines advertised. It did not work out for me and I canceled the membership. Lo and behold I get my statement for August and there is a $39.95 charge for Club Spirit Promotion. I called them and they informed me that I must go on line and click on the "Help" button for redress. I could not find a "Help" button. The customer service rep advised that there is no phone number for internet query. What a fraud.
