Ripoff dishonest racist womenizing degrading company

After six years of employment with Seaworld, I suffer from what doctors call post tramadic stress.

But the derogatory, racist, sexist, rude comments never stopped.

The N word, along with the C word and B word were a common accourance among my department. Leading by example was not going to work within this company. I never felt so degraded In my life. Upper management along with human resources were notified many times of the short falls of this said security dept. On most occasions it fell on depht ears, or they chose to put there head in the sand.

After five years of working under these conditions I decided to do something about it. EEOC was contacted and after a full investigation, I was given a letter of right to sue. And during this time my superviser a male, was given a severance of money to never have contact with me.

During this time Ive had to endure many doctors visits, hospital visits, and even surgery to offset the stress and trauma I was put under. Mounting to thousands of dollars in doctor bills. Because of my physicians advise I decided to resign my position as security sergent of Seaworld.

This is just the tip of the iceburg of what I had to endure. Im still trying to contact Rev Al Sharpton to see if maybe he would be interested to hear my experience of working at Seaworld.
