Fraudulent sales practices, failure to follow Florida Statutes

More and more families have been stung by this unlawful company, and they have shown that they will refund your money only after you bring them into court. Until that time they will fend off your complaints but take no action. Here is what to do: First, if you paid by credit card, immediately call your card company and put the charge into dispute. You generally have more than 30 days to do this. Secondly, send them a registered letter demanding they refund your money and cancel the contract you signed. Florida Statutes 559.923-559.9335 require a company in the travel business refund any monies collected within 30 days. UVN is in violation of these statutes. Thirdly, file a claim in Small Clains Court in your home county. THEN they will have to deal with you. We need to band together in our efforts to bring them into compliance with the law. You are welcome to call me and I will provide affidavits etc to help you with your actions against UVN. We did this to help "Robert of Huntsville, AL", and we need to continue this effort.
