Very Rude, Very Unprofessional, downright mean ripoff

Sherry, is a very mean person whom is suppossed to be in sales. Her only concern is for herself and not for others. We had a problem with our trip we planned with her and she refused to help us at all. Please stay away from this travel agent and agency and do yourself a favor and book your trip yourself or with a company with a good reputation that is established.

I have contacted the BBB in hopes to have this rectified but her agency is not a member. Travel agents are a thing of the past, and a obsolete dead end occupation. Avoid Sherry at all costs. The inteligence level of this agent is on the same scale as a turtle. If you go on a trip do not let her sucker you into buying the insurance that is no good when you try to collect on it as they she keeps the money and never submits the policy. Buyers beware! Look elsewhere!
