This company brags about the best deals... Buyer beware I booked my vacation and was told we had travel insurance Atlantic City

My husband and I booked our honeymoon with BERMAN Travel. We booked with Cindy. She told us our package was complete with Travel Insurance and all taxes. When we got to the Bahamas, we found out my mother needed emergency surgery. We looked for our insurance information and finally called long distance to Berman. They said we did not purchase it. I had known we did so I told them that I believe my invoice at insurance, but since my invoice was at home, I couldn't prove it while in the Bahamas. As we checked out of the hotel to quickly head to the flight, I found out that we owed money because NOT all the taxes were included. We paid over $1400.00 to fly home. After everything settled down with my mother, we looked for our invoice and there indeed it had the insurance. When I called Berman, they said in their records, we did not purchase it and they would do nothing to help us out.
