Being scammed very badly!

I was contacted by Dan Goodman re. Selling a timeshare. My husband and I had decided that we did not need all four weeks that we had purchased so thought this would be a good idea. We paid $2535US up front (that was all we would have to pay!!!).

It has been for sale for six months - I cannot reach anyone to find out what is happening. They have changed their phone numbers at least once. I leave messages daily and weekly to no avail.

We received an offer on July 28 and nothing since other than one call to notify us of a change of phone number.

I feel very badly about being scammed like this - I should have known better but this type of thing has never happened to us before. I guess it is a case of seller beware!
