Rip-off, fraudulent, they misrepresented themselveson the internet, unsafe, unclean

We booked a studio apt. At Lincoln Center via the internet for a 3 night stay in NYC. They provided photos and it appeared to be in a safe area with nice accomodations.

Firstly the address they provided was incorrect and there was no signage on the building. We checked into our room and found them to be dirty, unclean bedding, the lock on the door barely working. There were unregistered quests loitering outside the building asking to be let inside. The television was broken and the AC so noisy you could not use it.

We left immediately to find new accomodations, returning only to check out and get our luggage. The front desk staff said we would have to call customer service to resolve our problems and provided a number. I have been trying to contact them since Sept. 12 and have never received any response. Stay away from this company. They ripped us off for $450.00.
