Rip offs! We missed our own wedding, were stranded in Philly, flight left us, rude and unprofessional staff! Philadelphia Dirty Rotten Scoundrels Pennsylvania

I have just gotten the time to actually sit down and talk about rotten US Airways! I will never, ever, fly with them again! I was supposed to be married on Sweetest Day, October 21st. We got married October 23rd instead. The weather was bad, which is why our flight was delayed. This is understandable. However, when you let the only flight scheduled to go out for the rest of the day leave us stranded in Philly with no transportation or reasonable accommodations, I have a damn problem with it! The only flight left us minutes after we arrived to get our connecting flight to Montego Bay, Jamaica. As a result, we had to stay overnight in Philly. We missed our wedding and had to reschedule it. The staff was rude and disrespectful. We went to the special services desk where we thought we were supposed be accommodated.instead, the b*ch at the desk decides to put us in a hotel that was 30 minutes away from the airport with no food vouchers or transportation. They had absolutely no consideration for us missing our flight or wedding. I talked to a friend that is from Jamaica. It never occurred to me that the idiots could have put us on a flight through Miami or North Carolina rather than having us stranded in Philly to stay overnight and miss our wedding. I guess the morons didn't have enough sense to do that and they work for the damn airline! Those dirty rotten scoundrels got away with my money and I had a rotten trip and delayed wedding because of them and the only thing they could do was say sorry? Even the resort that we stayed at didn't have consideration either. I would have thought that Hedonism II would have given us a credit for the night that we missed. That would have been a way to get us to come back to the resort. I guess they were also too damn cheap to do that so we got screwed all the way around because of US Airways. This is a rotten deal that I will never forget! They could have offered a free roundtrip ticket to go anywhere, but their cheap no good assess didnt' do anything! Damn them!
