This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen! A mistake on my account made by them resulted in a $70.00 fee and it took one week and daily calls to even get someone to address the situation let alone offer to help. When I finally got the owner to call me back, she apologized for having her 30th birthday and having had the nerve to go out of town and “enjoy herself God Forbid! ” She just did not understand why I felt the need to call and harass her staff when she would have been happy to handle the situation when she returned from her Birthday Trip! Had one of her staff explained that to me, maybe I would have been more understanding, but all I was met with was “We’re busy, we will call you back! ” Please beware! Do not try to get anything accomplished on your account with All About Tans when the owner is on her Birthday Trip. I finally had to call my credit card company and have them deal with it, if I hadn’t I would still be sitting by the phone waiting for her!
