Unauthorized charges ripoff

Pharmaceutical company charged $19.95 (twice) to credit card. When request for Dr.'s approval was indicated, I declined to order, stated so. Several days later, on checking online statement noticed one unauthorized charge of $19.95 and a second "pending" charge of $19.95.

I called the 866 number and spoke to someone who assured me the charges would be reversed/refunded within 5-7 business days. The pending charge was dropped, the original charge was not. At no time did the company indicate a processing fee.

Because Frontier Pharmacy was kind enough to offer a rebuttal to another report on this site and stated they are a "Florida licensed and Square Trade Approved mail order pharmacy", I will be filing reports with the State Attorney General's office and all applicable Better Business Bureaus.
